The Nutcracker On Ice

Young Clara receives a nut-cracker doll as a Christmas present from her godfather. Through magic, the doll comes to life in her dreams and takes Clara on a magical journey.
In her slumber, the Nutcracker Prince rescues Clara from the con-niving Mouse King, who plans on kid-napping Clara and whisking her away to an enchanted land inhabited by the Snow Queen. There she meets the Sugar Plum Fairy and the beautiful Waltzing Flowers.
Clara awakens from her dream on Christmas Day.
The Nutcracker on Ice aired in 1998 and was filmed at the world fa-mous Auditorio Nacional Theatre in Chapultepec Park, Mexico City. It fea-tures World Skating Champions and two-time Olympians, Tai Babilonia (Clara) and Randy Gardner (Nut-cracker Prince), with Linda Fratianne as the Snow Queen.
